Current Batches

Is it possible for YES to be able to see what batches are currently being used to pack orders. There are a few accounts where labels have to be uploaded but they need to contain the batch/expiry details.

We used to be able to choose from the 'stock picking preference' area but that looks to be disabled now, however when I have done that in the past it generally moved to back order status because it wasn’t the batch being used!

Thanks
Lisa

    Hi Finn

We still are unable to view what batches are being used, unless there is somewhere specific I should be looking?

    Thanks

      Hi Finn

Yes I still don’t know what batches are being used until it has been packed, unless there is a specific area I am able to view this?

      Thanks

        Hi Lisa,

When creating an order you can select the product line then selective choose a batch, have you used this functionality

        before?

          Hi Finn

Yes I already use that functionality because I have to do that for a couple of larger retailers where they need to know the batch/expiry in advance of us sending. What I wanted to know was if once any order has been allocated stock if there is somewhere we can view what stock has been allocated.

If not that is fine just wanted to understand if it was possible for us to view

          Thanks

            Hi Lisa,

Sadly we aren’t able to supply this before picking, picking is constantly reevaluated so can can’t be confident that the initial batch assigned is the one which is picked, we’re only confident once it gets to despatch and we can confirm it.
