Managing batch codes
Batch codes are unique identifiers used to group items that are produced, received, or handled together. You can view a product’s batch codes on the Product Stock page in BladePRO.

To review batch codes, you’ll first need to find your product in the Product List.
Find your product quickly by using the filter or search functions to refine the list.

Once inside the Product Stock page, scroll down and click on the Batch Codes tab.
Your batch codes will be listed in a table, as shown below.

Use the Quick Search bar to find a known batch code, or use Filter to refine the batch code list by date or by stock level - as shown below.

You also have the ability to customise which column labels are visible to you.
Click Columns and select the purple check box next to each field you’d like to see in your table.
These include:
Reference: The batch code reference number
- Click the dropdown menu here to Freeze the batch code, stopping it from being dispatched if there are any issues with the batch.
The batch code can be changed by clicking Rename in the Actions column.
Description: A short summary of the batch code.
Reserved: A batch that has been set aside for a specific purpose.
Created: Date and time that the batch code was created.
Current Stock
- Total: The number of product units that are inside the batch.
- Warehouse Current Stock: The number of units in a chosen warehouse.Expected Stock
- Total: The total number of stock expected to be in this batch, based on data in BladePRO.
Exporting batch code data
Click Export to download the data table to your device in .CSV format. Confirm by selecting Export again from the popup menu.
Creating a new batch code
You can also create a new batch code inside the Product Stock page by selecting +New Code, inputting a Reference and Description, and clicking Confirm to finalise.
