Understanding order statuses

All orders in BladePRO are assigned a status depending on what stage they are at in the warehouse cycle. You can locate a specific order from the Order List page.

Order statuses table

Draft

Order has not yet been confirmed

Cancelled

Order has been cancelled

On hold

A manual hold has been applied to the order

Backorder

Stock is currently not available to fulfil the whole order

Awaiting allocation

In the process of allocating stock to the order

Allocated

Stock allocated to order

Picking

Picking has started

Picked

Picking completed

Packing

Packing has started

Packed

Order packed and label attached

Awaiting collection

Order is waiting for the courier to collect

Shipped

Courier has collected the order

Delivered

The order has been delivered
